You will receive a 70% partial refund. This covers most of your payment but deducts 30% to account for reservation and logistical costs incurred. - 11 to 21 days before the service start date
You will receive a 50% partial refund. As the start of your trip approaches, fewer expenses can be refunded. - 1 to 10 days before the service start date
Unfortunately, cancellations made within this time frame are non-refundable. Due to the late notice, 100% of the trip cost is retained.
